LS Beauty (“LS Beauty”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this booking site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
1. Information we collect
When you complete the booking assessment on this site, we collect:
- Contact details — your name, mobile number, and (if you provide it) your email address.
- Booking details — the clinic branch you select, your preferred date and time.
- Skin concern information — the skin or body concern you tell us about so we can match you with the right specialist and treatment.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referral source, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
If you reach us through Facebook or Instagram Messenger instead, we also receive the information you send in that conversation and the profile name shown to us by the platform.
Sensitive personal information. Information about your skin or health concern is treated as sensitive personal information under RA 10173. We collect it only with your consent, use it only to prepare and deliver your appointment, and limit access to the staff and clinic partner who need it.
2. Why we use your information
- To book, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on your appointment.
- To match you with a suitable specialist, branch, and treatment.
- To contact you about your booking by call, SMS, Viber, email, or Messenger.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To keep records required for our operations and for legal or regulatory purposes.
- To measure and improve our website, service, and advertising — using aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible.
We will only send you marketing messages if you agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time using the contact details in section 9.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the booking form; the performance of a service you requested; and our legitimate interests in running and improving LS Beauty, balanced against your rights. Sensitive personal information is processed only on the basis of your consent or where otherwise permitted by RA 10173.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- The LS Beauty clinic or partner clinic you selected, so your appointment can be prepared and carried out.
- Service providers who work on our behalf — for example our customer relationship management (CRM) system, website hosting, email and messaging tools, and advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These providers may process your data outside the Philippines; where they do, we require appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
- Authorities or advisers where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to make the booking flow work, to remember your answers as you move between steps, and to measure how our advertising performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, parts of the booking flow may not work correctly.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your booking and contact information for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up care, disputes, and record-keeping obligations — normally up to five (5) years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. Enquiries that never became appointments are kept for a shorter period and then deleted or anonymised.
7. How we protect it
We apply organisational, physical, and technical security measures appropriate to the information we hold, including access controls limited to authorised personnel, encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website, and agreements with our service providers requiring them to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and the National Privacy Commission of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
8. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is processed;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- object to processing, including direct marketing;
- request the erasure or blocking of your data where the law allows;
- data portability — to obtain a copy of your data in a commonly used electronic format;
- claim damages for inaccurate, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorised use of your data; and
- lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable period.

10. Children
This booking site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted here before they take effect.
